overpriced and underwhelming space theme

the location was acceptable for accessing nearby areas.
the room i booked wasn't what i expected, it felt smaller than advertised and had a musty smell that was really bothersome. i complain to the reception but i don't think they even listen to me. i found the overall experience not justify the high price.

extra charge
nobody told us before arrival. my kids, aged 2 and 6, couldn't use other pools, and that sucked. asking for extra pillows and blankets involved an extra charge.
